Because if we know how, then we can figure out why, and we can work to eliminate our limitation and getting whatever we want out of our lives.

Your feelings are a built-in tool to help you find limiting beliefs
It’s as simple as checking in to see how you are feeling at any moment in time.
Are you scared, nervous, frustrated, impatient, obsessing, doubtful? Well, guess what…Whatever your thinking that is producing those feelings… THAT is a limiting belief.
Your negative feelings are how you identify your self-limiting beliefs
Just notice they are there and allow them to be.
